3. Start a safe conversation
Use secure messaging only through an accepted match. Keep sensitive credentials and unnecessary personal information out of messages. Report or block behavior that violates the community standards.
4. Test the working relationship
When a founder match is promising, use a 7–14 day Founder Sprint with one real task, clear norms, lightweight check-ins, and a mutual continue, extend, or stop decision.
5. Keep control of your experience
Account Settings lets you manage the guided tour, optional third-party service choices, profile picture, and two-factor authentication.
